R vs. P - Manchester Crown Court - Cocaine importing

Represented one of several defendants who had been charged with conspiracy to import large quantities of cocaine into the UK.

Our client’s case was that she had no knowledge of any such conspiracy. In other words, she was an ‘innocent dupe’. Defendant acquitted. The case started with Andrew Parker working through the night representing our young client.

All other defendants (not represented by this firm) convicted and sentenced to varying terms of imprisonment.
