R vs. P - Lewes Crown Court - Fraud

Represented a 22-year old client charged with 36 counts of fraud.

Those alleged frauds were said to have involved complicated and sophisticated computer hacking. Of particular note was that this client suffered from Aspergers syndrome, a high functioning form of Autism.

Psychological reports had previously been obtained by this firm to assist in the defence case. Our Team successfully negotiated the 36 counts of fraud down to a single count.
