Case of E - Blackpool Police Station - Indecent images

Our client was a family man under suspicion of downloading and distributing indecent images of children.

We had an initial "Triage" consultation with the client at our London chambers and we were then instructed on our trademarked 'Active Pace' monthly retainer basis.

Nearly a year later, after the forensic examination by the police of the seized computers, our client was interviewed in Blackpool by specialist officers. Andrew represented our client and subsequently the client was given a police caution, thus avoiding a court case and the attendant publicity.
